咪达唑仑静脉麻醉在纤维支气管镜检查和治疗中的应用

目的探讨咪达唑仑静脉麻醉在纤维支气管镜检查和治疗中应用的效果。方法通过对观察组31例给予咪达唑仑0.1 mg/kg静脉麻醉和对照组30例常规利多卡因局部麻醉的比较,观察纤维支气管镜检查术前、术中血氧饱和度(SpO2)、血压(BP)、心率(HR)、总有效率(RR)等指标的波动情况以及不良反应。结果观察组SpO2、BP、HR、RR波动小,且呛咳、躁动、呼吸抑制次数较少,与对照组相比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在纤维支气管镜治疗与检查中应用咪达唑仑静脉麻醉,是一种不良反应少、有效、安全的无痛检查方法,值得临床推广应用。

Study on the application of midazolam intravenous anesthesia in flbroptic bronchoscopy.

Objective To explore the effect of midasolam for intravenous anesthesia during fibroptic bronchoscopy. Methods Thirty cases in control group received lidocaine for traditional anesthesia during fibroptic bronchoscopy, and 31 cases in observation group received midazo- lain for anesthesia during fibroptic bronchoscopy. SpO2 , BP, HR, RR and adverse reactions were observed before fibreoptic bronchoscopy and during flbroptic bronchoscopy and their results were compared between these 2 groups. Results Adverse reactions in observation group were less and changes in BP, HR, SpO2 and RR were not significant in comparison with those of control group, and the difference between these 2 groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Midazolam for intravenous anesthesia can provide safe and reliable anesthesia for fibroptic bronchoscopy.
