| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝圆韧带在螺旋CT影像的表现。方法总结我院近1年来螺旋CT所检查的肝脏病例（1550例），CT常规扫描：层厚7mm，层间距7mm，部分行增强检查。结果1513例肝圆韧带未见明确显示，35例为结节样稍低密度影，2例门静脉高压时可显示肝圆韧带内左脐静脉重新扩张开放。结论正确认识肝圆韧带的不、同的螺旋CT影像表现，有助于鉴别肝组织的其它病变。
