| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年糖尿病患者心理状况与相关影响因素。方法采用精神自评量表（SCL）-90、社会支持评定量表和艾森克人格问卷，对100例糖尿病患者和186名健康者进行调查。结果与健康对照组比较，老年糖尿病患者心理卫生状况较差，与多个因素有不同程度的相关性（P〈0．05，P〈0．01或P〈0．001）。结论加强老年糖尿病患者心理卫生服务，对防治老年糖尿病具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mental health of the elderly with diabetic and its related factors.Methods 100 eldrly with diabetic and 186 health elderly were investigated and analyzed by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ).Results The patients with diabetic were in worse mental health status than the health contrasting group.It was related to many factors.Stepwise regression indicated that sex,aged,occupation,education,children social support total score,impobjective support,EPQ-E,and EPQ-N were major factors.Conclusion Reinforcing mental health services would be important to prevention and treatment of the elderly with diabetic the services for mental health. |
