摘    要:介绍了一种高压延时脉冲串发生器的原理和测试结果。该发生器使用简单的RC电路,通过延时调节、脉冲串产生和高压脉冲串产生三个步骤实现了0~±800V高压脉冲串的输出。此高压脉冲串上升沿小于100ns,可实现2μs~30ms的延时,产生的脉冲串总宽度可在1~10ms内调节,脉冲串内脉冲频率为1~10kHz可调,且产生的波形稳定,误差不超过1%,可用作垂直引入式飞行时间质谱仪里的推斥电源,用于离子的采样。同时介绍了电路各部分的调节方法、波形的输出及抖动情况,分析了误差的产生主要来自电路中电阻电容的不稳定性。提出了装置的不足之处及需要改进的地方。

Development of the high voltage delay-time pulse train generator for time-of-flight mass spectrometer

Abstract:The principle and experiment results of a high voltage delay pulse train generator is introduced. The device uses simple RC circuit. Through delay-time control, pulse train circuit and high voltage pulse train generate, it achieves the output of 0~±800V high voltage pulse train. This high voltage pulse train with 2 μs~30 ms delay time has a rising range less than 100ns. The total range of the pulse train can be controlled between 1 and 10 ms. And the frequency is 1~10kHz. The pulse waveform is stable and the error is less than 1%. The generator can be used as the push and pull pulse of orthogonal time-of-flight mass spectrometer for sampling. It also introduces the way of controlling every part of the circuit, the output of the signal and the stability of the generator. Analysis of the error arising from the instability of circuit resistance and capacitance is also presented. At the same time, the shortcomings and the places which need improvement are discussed.
