陆浑水库防洪实时调度研究

根据实时调度的基本概念、实现方式 ,针对河南陆浑水库实际情况使用实时预报调度方法对水库各种情况下的洪水过程进行了调度研究 ,并与水库常规调度进行了对比 .通过运行可以看出实时调度方式在水库调度中的实用性 .同时 ,使用实时调度方法可以使调度者的调度经验与调度规则很好地结合起来 ,提高调度方案的合理性 ,增大水库防洪及综合效益 .

Research on flood-control real-time operation for Luhun reservoir

According to the basic concept of reservoir flood control real time operation (RFCRO), the operation processes under various situations of the Luhun reservoir with the RFCRO method are studied and compared with the conventional operation.Through comparing and researches, the results show that the RFCRO method has enough practicability in reservoir operation. At the same time, the RFCRO method can make the operators' experience to integrate with operation rules reasonably. Thus, the rationality of the operation, the reservoir's flood control benefit and synthetical benefits can all be increased.
