益气祛痰法治疗痰浊型冠心病的临床研究

目的　探讨冠心病痰浊形成的病理基础及其与辩证施治的关系。方法　检测了 3 8例具有痰浊症的冠心病患者血脂、血液流变学和血液动力学指标。结果　痰浊组患者的总胆固醇 ,甘油三酯 ,低密度脂蛋白 ,全血比粘度 ,血浆比粘度和红细胞沉降率明显高于非痰浊组 (P <0 .0 1) ,血液动力学指标显示痰浊组患者交感神经功能明显亢进。结论　痰浊型冠心病患者有高脂血症、血粘度增高和交感神经功能明显亢进为主的标实特征。

Clinical Research of Treating Turbid-Phlegm Type Coronary Heart Disease by Means of Replenishing Qi and Removing the Phlegm

Objective To discuss the pathologic base of turbid phlegm type coronary heart disease form ation and the relationship between it and its decision of treatment.Method Blood fat,blood rheology and blood dynamics were measured in 38 coronary heart disease patients with turbid phlegm symptom.Results In the turbid phlegm group tolal cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity and erythrocyte sedimemation rate are obviously higher than those in non turbid phlegm group( P <0.01);the index of blood dynamics showed sympathetic nerve hyperfunction in turbid phlegm group remarkably.Conlusions The patients with turbid phlegm type coronary heart disease have main characteristics such as high blood fat,high blood viscosity and sympathetic nerve hyper function.
