胸腹主动脉阻断后预防脊髓缺血性损伤的实验研究

目的 研究胸腹主动脉手术时如何预防和减少脊髓缺血性损伤的发生。方法 45只家兔被分成三期进行实验研究。一期实验，研究血管活性药物对脊髓缺血的影响。二期实验，研究脊髓减压对脊髓缺血的影响。三期实验，研究低温对脊髓缺血的影响。结果 与各组相比低温组脊髓神经元细胞变化最小，预防脊髓缺血性损伤效果良好，前列腺素药物组和脊髓减压组也有一定有益作用，而其他药物组无明显作用。结论 在胸腹主动脉手术时，脑脊液引流减压、低温法和前列腺素对预防脊髓缺血性损伤有良好的作用。

Experimental study of the prevention of ischemic spinal cord injury during cross-clamp of thoracoabdominal aorta

Objective A study about preventing and reducing the ischemic spinal in the operation of thoracoabdomina aorta. Methods Three experiments were performed in 45 rabbits. The effect of different medications, cerebrospinal fluid drainage and passive hypothermia on ischemic spinal cord injury during cross - clamp of thoracoabdominal aorta were assessed. Results The best efficacy for reducing ischemic spinal cord injury was observed in the passive hypothermia - treated group. Prostaglandin and cerebrospinal fluid drainage trated groups showed better neuroprotective effect than the groups treated by other mdicaments. Conclusion Ischemic spinal cord injury can be prevented during cross - clamp of thoracoabdominal aorta.
