| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种适用于规模化培育北冬虫夏草的培养基熟化及灭菌方法。这种方法对常见培养基熟化和灭菌方法进行了改进,其特点在于：1）采用的双开门隧道式压力蒸汽灭菌器前门进料时后门自行锁闭、后门出料时前门自行锁闭;2）灭菌器出料后门紧接的是10万级净化洁净控制缓冲区。这种方法可以解决现有方法无法大容量处理培养基,以及灭菌后的培养基易大批量的霉变的问题。
