粘结剂对蜂窝状V2O5/ACH同时脱硫脱硝活性的影响

摘    要:在以硅酸盐和酚醛树脂为粘结剂的蜂窝状活性炭(ACH)载体上担载V2O5,制备了系列V2O5/ACH催化剂,考察了粘结剂对其同时脱硫脱硝活性的影响. 结果表明,以硅酸盐为粘结剂的催化剂中碳和碱金属含量改变,影响脱硫脱硝活性,碳含量高、碱金属含量低的载体适合用于制备脱硫脱硝催化剂. 以酚醛树脂为粘结剂的催化剂具有较高的碳含量和微孔孔容,脱硫活性较高,但脱硝活性低. 添加硅酸盐所制催化剂因其具有较高的氧/碳比例,导致脱硝活性较高,但载体的微孔数量减少,从而降低了比表面积和微孔孔容,进而降低其脱硫活性. 在添加30%硅酸盐或酚醛树脂(碳化温度为900℃)的最佳条件下,硅酸盐为粘结剂所制催化剂的脱硝率达90%以上,酚醛树脂为粘结剂所制催化剂的硫容为7.3%(w).

Abstract:A series of V2O5/ACH catalysts were prepared by supporting V2O5 on activated carbon honeycomb(ACH).Silicate and phenolic resin were used as binders,respectively.Two types of V2O5/ACH catalyst were studied for simultaneous SO2 removal and NO conversion.The results indicate that the silicate binder affects the amounts of carbon and alkali metal oxides in the catalyst and subsequent SO2 removal and NO conversion rates,therefore,the ACH with higher carbon and lower alkali metal oxide contents is preferred.The c...
