浅谈高校体育与素质教育、终身体育的接轨

高校体育是实施素质教育和培养全面发展的人才的重要途径,又是终身体育中最重要的、带有决定性意义的中间环节。因此,高校体育要与素质教育相结合,更要与终身体育相接轨。结合教育部2002年颁发的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神,分析了当前高校体育教育中存在的问题,提出如下建议:高校体育应当围绕素质教育,本着以人为本和终身体育的主导思想转变教学目标,改革教学诸环节——能体现终身健康价值追求的教学内容、多样化教学组织形式和教学方法、科学客观的评价体系;充分发掘体育中所蕴涵的人文精神;培养学生热爱体育的态度和终身体育的意识;同时要满足不同层次大学生对体育的成就感。

On College Physical Education Conforming to Quality Education and Lifelong Physical Education

College physical education is an important approach to practicing quality education and bringing up well - developed talents, and the most important and decisive part of lifelong physical education. Hence, college physical education must be combined with quality education and conform to lifelong physical education. Based on Guiding Essentials for Physical Education Teaching in Countrywide Colleges and Universities issued by the Education Ministry in 2002, this paper analyzes the problems existing in current college physical education, and puts forward following suggestions: college physical education should serve quality education, change the teaching goal, reform teaching contents, methods and evaluating system, help students build up passions for physical education and their consciousness of lifelong physical education, and meet the needs of different students' achievement sense.
