| 摘 要： | 以丙烯酸（AA）与乙二醇（EG）为原料，经直接酯化制备二丙烯酸乙二醇酯（EGDA）的反应。通过实验与检测修正，找出了反应中实际分水量与酯化率的关系，绘制出了酯化率计算工作曲线，研究了反应条件变化对此测算方法的影响。实验证明，此方法可实时、快捷地计算出反应中的酯化率，误差较小，利于对反应的实时监控。

| Abstract: | Take acrylic acid(AA) and glycol(EG) as raw materials,the synthesis of Ethylene glycol diacrylate(EGDA) is prepared with direct esterification method.The relationship between water quantity and esterification rate is worked out,and the esterification rate curve is obtained through test and some corrections.The influences of the test on the reaction conditions are studied and results show that the test method is simple,accurate and easy for real-time monitor. |
