摘    要:为避免直流成分法、直流叠加法、低频叠加法等XLPE电缆绝缘检测方法测试困难的缺点,基于交流叠加法理论分析了101Hz信号劣化机理,论证了该法高灵敏、抗干扰、可带电测试的优点。用多种数字滤波结合FFT的办法排除现场干扰及器件漂移电压的影响研制了测试仪器。现场试验结果与实际分析一致,证明该法可行。

Abstract:To avoid the difficulty of detection by DC com ponent method, DC superposition method or low-frequency superposition for the i nsulation performance of XLPE cable, bases on the theoretic analysis of AC super position method, this paper analyzes the detecting principle of 101 Hz signal an d proves that AC superposition method has the merits of high sensitivity, strong anti-interference and on-line detecting. Detecting instrument is designed by adopting the method of multi digital filter and FFT to eliminate the locate inte rference and voltage shift of electron parts. The site test results show the agr eement with the practical data and prove that the method can judge the insulatio n performance of XLPE cable.
