黄土高原地区水土保持措施利用径流量宏观分析

摘    要:通过对黄土高原地区水土保持措施利用径流量的宏观分析,结果表明,在水土保持治理较高水平下,水土保持径流利用率最大为63%,最大利用径流量约40×10~8~50×10~8 m~3.研究指出,水土保持措施利用径流量问题,涉及降水、下垫面、治理程度、措施构成、土壤水运动、水的回归等许多动态因素,相互作用情况十分复杂,如遇暴雨,水土保持利用径流量将会减小.建议对这一问题进行长期持续研究.

Abstract:Through the macroscopic analysis for runoff usble amount by soil and water conservation measures in loess plateau,the results showed that: Under a high level of soil and water conservation measures,the runoff usable rate can be reached up to 63%,the maximal runoff use amount is about 4~5 billion m3.The research pointd out that runoff usble amount by soil and water conservation measures was related to many dynamic factors,such as precipitation,ground surface condition,governmental degree,measures makeup,tran...
