| 摘 要： | 我院用以卡铂为主的抗癌药物行支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗肺癌８３例。其中小细胞肺癌２５例，ＣＲ＋ＰＲ２１例，有效率８４％；非小细胞肺癌５８例，ＣＲ＋ＰＲ３Ｏ例，有效率５１．７％。此法具有可将药物直接灌入肿瘤的供血血管患侧支气管动脉，有效地选择性地形成肿瘤药物的高浓度，增强抗癌作用；并能一次性大剂量联合给药，使用方便，疗效高，毒副反应低，适应证广泛等优点。

| Abstract: | Eighty-three cases of lung cancer were treated dy bronchial arteryinfusion chemotherapy mainly with carboplat-inum was reported. For the 25 cases ofsmall cell lung cancer, the CR + PR rate was, 84%(21/25) and bor the 58 cases ofnon-small cell lung cancer that was 51.7%,(30/58).With this method, the drugs can be infused into the supply arteries of the tumor with a higher cancentration in the tu-mor.It can increse the anticancer effect by the combination of several drags in large dosage, with higher therapeutic effect, lower toxic and side effect. It is convenient with a wide spectrum of indications. |
