孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2009年1月-2010年6月住院的64例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,根据用药方法不同随机分为A组(孟鲁司特钠+布地奈德)和B组(布地奈德),各32例,疗程均为3个月。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后,A组的总有效率明显优于B组,且A组咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间均明显短于B组,A组复发率明显低于B组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘,疗效确切,可以控制哮喘急性发作,缓解临床症状、体征,且复发率低,未见明显副作用。

Clinical Observation of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Pediatric Cough Variant Asthma

OBJECTIVE：To observe clinical efficacy of budesonide alone or combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma.METHODS：According to the different treatment methods,64 cases of pediatric cough variant asthma in our hospital during Jan.2009～Jun.2010 were randomly divided into group A（montelukast sodium＋ budesonide） and group B（budesonide） with each group of 32 cases.The clinical efficacies of 2 groups were compared.RESULTS：After a course of treatment,the total effective rate and recurernce rate of group A was better than that of group B.The time of cough relief,cough disappearance time in group A were shorter than in group B,there was significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide is better than budesonide alone in the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma.It is effective to control acute asthma attack,relieve clinical symptoms and signs with low recurrence rate and no significant side effects.
