摘    要:系统地阐述了加工对饲料营养成分,饲料产品质量及动物生产性能,安全卫生等影响及研究方向,进一步探讨提高饲料和动物生产性能的有效途径,同时指出将国呀工艺与动物营养学有机结合的重要性。

Abstract:The effects of feed processing on the feed nutrition, product quality, animal performance and sanitation as well as the research direction were expounded systematically. The effective methods to improve the feed quality and animal performance were further discussed. Meanwhile the importance of combining the feed processing technology and animal alimentology was pointed out.
