摘    要:随着现代医学研究的飞快发展,显微图象定量分析已经广泛应用到临床诊断,病理分析,癌变分级分类等越来越多的医学领域之内。本文将传统的迭代算法应用到癌细胞图象的多阈值分割中,可根据实际需要确定阈值个数,不但可以快速准确地将细胞质、细胞核分割开来,还可以根据需要确定阈值个数,从而分割出癌变细胞核内的粗颗粒状物质以进行进一步的纹理分析。

Abstract:The quantitative analysis of microgragh has been widely used in more and more medical fields such as clinical diagnose, pathology analysis, cancer classification, etc.In this arithmetic, the author applies traditional iterative arithmetic to multi-threshold segmentation of cancerous cell images. Using the arithmetic, we can decide the threshold value numbers to meet with practical needs. After great numbers of experiments, the author finds that the method introduced in this paper can separate cytoplasm and nucleolus from background rapidly and correctly.What's more, we can decide different threshold value numbers in order to segment coarse granular matter from nucleolus to make farther venation analysis.
