含钪焊料对2195铝锂合金焊缝组织性能的影响

摘    要:采用设计的焊丝进行焊接2195铝锂合金试验及焊后热处理试验,通过对焊态焊缝和热处理后的焊缝的拉伸性能、微观组织分析和研究,分析了焊丝中钪的添加,在2195铝锂合金焊缝形成A13(sc1-xZrx)和A13Sc强化相,可以有效的细化焊缝晶粒,改进2195合金焊缝的组织结构,降低焊接裂纹倾向性,显著提高焊缝的强度。

Abstract:The weld test and heat treatment after weld were carried out by using the designed filler metals. According to the study and analysis of the tensile strength and microstructure of the as welded and heat treatment weld samples, the form of Al 3(Sc 1- x Zr x )and Al 3Sc and the effect of the addition of scandium in filler metal on 2195 aluminium lithium alloy weld were studied. The research showed that the addition of scandium in filler metal could effectively fine the particle of wold zone, improve the weld microstructure, reduce the hot crack sensitivity, and greatly enchance the weld joint strength.
