舒适护理在基层医院儿科加床患儿中的应用

目的 探讨舒适护理在基层医院儿科加床患儿中的应用.方法 对本院2012年收治的609例加床患儿进行舒适护理,分别从环境的改善、流程的管理、护理的质量三个方面提高患儿和家属的舒适感,出院时统计相关护理隐患,并进行满意度调查,并将结果与2011年的患儿资料（对照组）比较.结果 舒适护理后患儿平均加床天数由3.2 d下降到1.8 d,护理隐患数由2011年的38例下降至2012年的8例,患者不满反馈由185例下降至67例,分别下降78.95％和63.78％.结论 舒适护理模式可以提升基层医院儿科加床护理质量,提高患儿和家属舒适感,是防范相关加床护理隐患的一个发展方向.

The application of comfortable nursing in paediatrics for patients with extra bed in primary hospital

Objective To study the application of comfortable nursing in paediatrics for patients with extra bed in pri- mary hospital. Methods 609 patients with extra bed in 2012 were given comfortable nursing service, with purpose of improving comfortable sensation for sick children and their relatives in 3 respective ways, such as environmental en- hancement, process management and nursing quality control. When the patients left, relevant medical risks were sum- marized, their degree of satisfaction was investigated, and the results were compared with the corresponding status of 2011. Results Comfortable nursing groups＇ bed days decreased from 3.2 days to 1.8 days,; number of nursing risks de- creased from 38 cases in 2011 to 8 cases in 2012, the percentage was 78.95%;patients＇ complaints declined from 185 cases to 67 cases, the percentage was 63.78%. Conclusion The mode of comfortable nursing can improve nursing quality for extra-bed patients in primary hospital paediatrics, increase children patients and their relatives＇ satisfaction sensation, which is a promising development direction for prohibiting related extra bed nursing risks.
