超大绳端载荷立井装备设计探讨

摘    要:我国西部一些超大型矿井提升容器运行条件已超过现行采矿设计规范中有关刚性井筒装备的设计条件,为满足大型矿井对提升设备及立井井筒装备的高要求,开展了超大绳端载荷立井装备设计方法探讨。通过分析现行规范所选公式的问题及应用条件,结合提升设备井筒深、荷载超大、运行速度高的运行条件,基于工程参照法,给出了典型工况下的井筒断面及罐道选型的相应案例。实际应用过程中,各案例的立井井筒装备运行良好,可以为其他矿井立井装备设计提供参考与借鉴。

Discussion on the design of shaft equipment with super large rope end load

Abstract:The operation conditions of hoisting container in some super large mines in Western China have been difficult to meet the requirements of the current mining design specifications for shaft equipment.In order to meet the requirements of hoisting equipment and shaft equipment in large mines,the design method of shaft equipment with super large rope end load is discussed.By the analysis of relevant calculation formulas and application conditions in the current specifications,based on the operation conditions of hoisting equipment with deep shaft,super large load and high running speed,the shaft section and cageway form under typical working conditions are determined by engineering reference method.The actual operation shows that the shaft equipment works well,which can provide reference for other mine shaft equipment design.
