渐开线凸轮磨削装置的参数化建模与运动仿真

摘    要:在渐开线凸轮和档块式展成磨齿机中,渐开线凸轮的面向误差对被磨齿轮的齿形精度有较大影响.在分析双基圆盘渐开线凸轮磨削装置工作原理的基础之上,应用UG/WAVE技术与装配上下文设计,采用自项而下与自下而上相结合的装配建模方法,建立渐开线凸轮磨削装置的参数化模型,并对其进行了可视化运动仿真.在改进模型的运动仿真中,导出了不规则类圆体在直线导轨上作纯滚动时的运动仿真驱动函数,并进行了仿真验证.
