论“卫气内伐”

中医认为,人体在正常情况下,营卫伴行,卫气不得入于脉。而五脏功能失调,可导致营卫化源失常,清浊相干,杂合以入脉;或卫气阳热禀赋不足,难以脱"营"而出,潜于脉中;或营卫之道阻塞,卫气郁遏于脉中,终致卫气内伐于脉。而卫气郁遏于脉中,又可作为肇病之基,熏灼血脉,扰乱人体阴阳消长昼夜节律,同时可使多脏功能受扰,痰瘀并生。在代谢综合征(MS)中,脂肪、碳水化合物等原本为血管外各组织器官提供能量(热量),却在血液中过度堆积,表现为异常升高的血脂、血糖、血压或胰岛素抵抗等,成为导致心脑血管疾病的高危因素,这种病理变化类似中医"卫气内伐于脉"病机特点。
