| Abstract: | The biggest and most difficult task is in the countryside during the comprehensive construction of well-off society.It was proposed at the 5th plenary session of the 16th central committee of CPC that the main task is to solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmer.The strategies of industry assisting agriculture and urban areas helping rural areas should be carried out,and to transfer the redundant labor force in countryside is also a new requirement for accelerating the construction of new socialist countryside. |
