城乡统筹视角下的农村土地市场改革

党的十八届三中全会明确指出继续深化农村土地产权改革,赋予农民更多的财产权利,建立新型城乡关系。从统筹城乡土地市场着手,分析了建立城乡统一土地市场的必要性和可能性,并提出了相关政策建议,对于缩小城乡差距、发展农村经济、统筹城乡发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

The rural land market reform under the perspective of urban-rural integration

It was pointed out in the third plenary session of the 18 that the reform of the rural land property rights would continue and farmers would be given more property rights, new relationship between urban and rural areas will be set up. From the perspective of consider the urban and rural land market as a whole, the paper analyzes the necessity and possibility to establish a unified urban and rural land market, and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations, it also has a certain reference significance in narrowing the gap between urban developing the rural economy, and planning for urban-rural development.
