PP333对黄瓜幼苗素质及抗冷能力的影响

摘    要:研究了PP333对黄瓜幼苗素质和抗冷能力的影响,结果显示PP333处理降低了幼苗高度和子叶面积,但却促进了根系生长、根冠比值和叶绿素含量显增加,明显表现壮苗效果。PP333能有效降低黄瓜幼苗在低温下的相对电导率,维持较高的SOD活性和Vc、GSH含量,因而提高了幼苗的抗冷能力。

Abstract:The effect of PP333 on seedling quality and chilling resistance of cucumber were investigated.The results proved that PP333 reduced seedling height and cotyledon area, butincreased root growth,root-shoot ratio and chlorophyll content of cotyledon,indicatingthat PP333 had good effect on seedling quality.It was found that treatment with PP333caused remarkable reduction in electrolyte leakage from seedling experienced duringchilling stress. Besides,PP333-treated seedling had slower decline rate in SOD activity andcontents of Vc and GSH during chilling stress,in comparison to control seedling. Theseresults suggest that PP333 may improve the resistance of cucumber seedling to chilling injury by increasing the activity of active oxygen scavenging system and the stability ofcell membrane.
