摘    要:热电阻具有测温范围大、稳定性好和耐氧化等特点,在温度测量中占有重要的地位.分析了金属热电阻温度传感器的工作原理.以铂金属温度传感器PT100为例给出了其在多路温度监控系统中的应用.该系统由温度传感器PT100、触摸屏、可编程控制器、温度模块等组成,由于温度模块、触摸屏、可编程控制器可对输入量同时采用硬件和软件的非线形补偿,故具有精度高、可靠性较好、电路简单、成本低、体积小、生产调试方便等特点.

The Application of Metal Thermal Resistance Temperature Sensor In Multi-Channel Temperature Control System
Abstract:Thermal resistance is characterized by having large measurement range of temperature, good stability and excellent anti-oxidation etc. It takes an important role in the temperature measurement field. In this paper the operating principles of the platinum thermal resistance temperature sensor is analyzed,. The temperature sensors PT100 was used as an example of thermal resistance to introduced the application in the the parameter used frequently, and need to be measured in high accuracy generally. But during the measuring process, the requirement of high accuracy can not be satisfied by the conventional method. So, a Equal-Accuracy Metrical Technique is presented in this paper to complete the high accuracy measurement of medium frequency or low frequency .The theory of Equal Accuracy Measurement is explained, correlative applied circuit and simplified method are given at the same time, the error and performance are analyzed too.
