| 摘 要： | 住房和城乡建设部近期颁布了第四批建筑业10项新技术,为新技术的应用提供了十分有利的依据。针对新技术创新内容中的主要新技术,如钢结构、混凝土、钢筋及预应力、模板与脚手架、外墙保温及防水技术等,分析其应用现状,预测未来发展方向,并提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Recently the fourth set of ten new technologies of buildings is issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.It provides a good theory evidence for the application of new technologies.The application situation of some main technologies is analyzed,such as steel structure,concrete,prestressed reinforcement,formwork and scaffold,external wall thermal insulation and waterproof etc.Finally,authors have a forecast for technologies in the future,and some advices are put forward. |
