| 摘 要： | 越南某国际承包工程,由于遭受汇率风险,经济损失较大,得出在国际承包工程中,规避汇率风险的重要性。从项目合同和所处背景、企业自身情况和企业所处外部环境等方面分析了汇率风险发生的原因,及在复杂环境条件下,企业应该采取的汇率风险应对措施,从而有利地减少或避免汇率浮动给工程带来的损失。

| Abstract: | Because of the risk of exchange rate,the international contract project in Vietnam suffers a great finacial loss,so it is important to avoid exchange rate risk in the international contract project.The causes for exchange rate risk are analyzed on the project contract and its background,corporation conditions and its external environment.In the complicated circumstances,the corporation should make corresponding measures to avoid the exchange rate risk and reduce the loss to a certain degree. |
