注塑模具温度分布规律的研究及应用

摘    要:注塑模具的温度控制对注塑工艺和注塑件的质量有非常重要的影响。通过模拟、分析模具温度场的分布规律,确定最佳的模具温度控制方案,并借助于先进的真空钎焊工艺实现对模具温度的最佳控制,从而减少注塑的循环时间、提高生产效率并提高注塑件的质量。

Abstract:The control of mold temperature in injecting process has extraordinary important influences not only on the quality of the injected products but also on the process itself.The purpose of this study is to analyze the regularity of temperature distribution within the mold and thereunder to determine the optimal cooling method for it.With the help of modern vacuum soldering technology,the optimum thermo state within the mold can be realized,so that the circular time for injection can be reduced and a high productivity can be achieved.
