| 摘 要： | 目的：观察IL-18对Lewis肺癌小鼠移植瘤生长的抑制作用。方法：建立Lewis肺癌小鼠皮下移植瘤模型16只，按随机数字法分为IL-18治疗组、荷瘤模型组，每组8只，分别给予IL-18、生理盐水于接种第7日起腹腔注射。观察IL-18对移植瘤体积变化及瘤重的影响。结果：IL-18对小鼠健康状况无明显影响，但对小鼠移植瘤生长有明显抑制作用，肿瘤抑制率为75％。结论：IL-18可抑制Lewis肺癌小鼠移植瘤的生长，其机制值得深入研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of IL-18 on the growth of Lewis lung cancer xenografts in C57BL/6 mice.Methods:Model of Lewis lung cancer xenograft in C57BL/6 mice was used to observe the effect of IL-18 on the animals and the xenografts.Results:IL-18 could effectively inhibit the growth of xenografts with 75% of inhibition rate while had no obvious effect on the health situation of animals.Conclusion:IL-18 possessed remarkable inhibition activity against the growth of Lewis lung cancer,this suggested that it is necessary to investigate the mechanisms of antitumor and biological effects of IL-18. |
