稻瘟病菌致病基因MPG1在黑龙江省的分布情况

摘    要:采用分子标记技术对来自黑龙江省9个县(市)的72个稻瘟病菌菌株携带致病基因MPG1的情况进行了检测分析,在供试菌株中有31个菌株含有致病基因MPG1,出现频率为43.1%,但在不同地区出现的频率存在一定差异,方正县、富锦县、木兰县出现频率最高,桦南县出现频率最低。

Abstract:The experiment utilized Molecular markers to identify and analysis pathogenicity genes of Magnaporthe grisea,from Heilongjiang province 9 counties (cities) of the 72 strains of rice blast,which are MPG1 In the tested strains, 31 strains containing the disease-causing gene MPG1 ,Frequency of 43.1%.But there exist certain difference in frequency appear on area in diversity. Appearing the highest frequency was Fangzheng country, Fujin country and Mulan county,the lowest was Huanan country.
