摘    要:尝试设计了一种新装置,从设计装置中将表面活性剂以喷雾方式加入浮选脱墨塔(或柱),从理论和实践上探讨了这种加入方式对浮洗脱墨过程中的泡沫稳定性、泡沫的流体特性、油墨去除率、纤维污染、纤维和水的损失等因素的影响。实验结果表明,表面活性剂喷雾脱墨方法在保持与传统浮选脱墨方法相同脱墨效果的条件下,可大量减少纤维及水的损失,减少表面活性剂用量,同时,改善了表面活性剂对纤维的污染,而且还可根据不同废纸来源和性质,有效地控制喷雾状况和泡沫层的稳定性。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of flotation deinking process,difference from adding surfactant into the pulp slurry directly before flotation in the conventional process,a technique of using pressure atomizer to spray the surfactant solution from the top of the flotation column during flotation was developed.Several key process variables that affect ink removal,froth stability,hydrodynamics of froth,fiber and water losses,fiber contamination and surfactant consumption could be easily controlled.Results indicated that this method could re-duce fiber loss by30-40%,water loss by50-70%and surfactant consumption by80-90%without sacrificing deinking efficiency.It can also prevent fiber from contaminating of process surfactant.More importantly,the study provided a simple way to mechanically control for-th stability when the pulp source vary.
