| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆道镜取石术后残余结石并发症的原因及护理体会.方法 通过对432例胆道残余结石病人进行了598次经胆道镜取石术的护理观察,分析引起32例各种并发症的原因,并采取相应的护理措施.结果 32例并发症患者经过妥善的处理和护理,无一例出现严重后果,转归较好.结论 内镜专科护士要充分了解并发症的原因,熟悉临床表现及处理方法;而良好的护理配合是治疗成功的必要保证.

Analysis on the complications and nursing interventions of choledochoscopy for the calculus removal |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reason of complications of choledochoscopy for the removal of residual stones after a surgical choledochostomy. And to study the nursing intervention for patients underwent cho-ledochoscopy. Methods The data of 598 times of choledochoscopy in 432 cases was summarized. The reason and nursing interventions of comcplicatious were analyze& Results Complications developed in 32 caeca with no real-reactions and mortality, which undergoing the appropriate treamaent and nursing interventions. Conclusion Fully precautions of the complications is effective underwent choledoehoscopy. We must be familiar with clinical situation and the treatments. And the favourable nursing intervention is essential. |
