| Abstract: | the importance of training on college students＂ innovation ability for obtaining em- ployment. Emphasizes the necessity for science and engineering students to participate in scientific and technological innovation activities. Combined with the experience in Beijing Information Science and Technology University, discusses measures for training college students＂ innovation ability in the aspects of base construction, teacher guidance, policy support, funds support, combination with teaching, establishment good inheritance pattern and so on. |
