| 摘 要： | 医院护理文化是护理管理的重要内容,主要包括护理物质文化、制度文化、行为文化及精神文化等要素.优良的护理文化有利于树立正确的职业价值观、有效整合护理行为、正确引导护理行为、维持规范的护理行为、塑造护理人员职业形象、提高护理业务技能以及推动护理质量持续改进等作用.医院应通过完善护理文化硬环境、健全护理制度文化、提升护理服务质量、开展护理培训及文化活动等方式培育优良的护理文化.

| Abstract: | It is important to cultivate nursing management with the nursing culture in hospital. The nursing culture includes physical culture, system culture, behavior culture and spiritual culture, etc. The good nursing culture is benefitial to form the vocational values, integrate the nursing behavior, maintain the normative behavior of nursing, form the image of nurse, and improve the quality of nursing management. The hospital can cultivate the excellent nursing culture by improving the system of nursing culture, making progress in nursing service, and taking more cultural activities. |
