| Abstract: | Referring to the structure characteristic of the cylinder beam for the diamond press machine, the different foundry process has been analyzed in this paper. By adopting the methods of gas leading from the bottom, local forced cooling and pouring in separate layers, the requirement of casting solidification in sequence and shrinkage mend can be realized, so that the casting has been successfully poured in one time. |
