| 摘 要： | 房地产档案是房屋建设的重要组成部分,是进行城市拆迁规划、房屋交易、处理房地产纠纷、房地产产权权属登记等的重要依据,近几年房地产发展迅猛,随之而来档案管理问题也越来越突出。本文主要阐述目前房地产档案管理现状,分析了存在的问题,并从实践中提出了优化房地产档案管理的策略,以及对提升房地产档案管理水平提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | Real estate archives are an important part of housing construction, which is an important basis for urban demolition planning, housing transactions, handling real estate disputes, real estate property rights registration, etc. In recent years, with the rapid development of real estate, the problem of archival management is also becoming more and more prominent. This paper mainly elaborates the current situation of real estate archives management, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the management of real estate archives from the practice, and provides theoretical support to enhance the management level of real estate archives. |
