浅谈装配式混凝土建筑的发展与亟待解决的问题

装配式建筑是建造方式的一种改革,推动装配式建筑发展更是建筑业落实党中央、国务院提出的推动供给侧结构性改革的一个重要举措。本文介绍了装配式建筑在国内外的发展及应用,分析了装配式混凝土建筑的特征及优势,进而阐述了装配式混凝土建筑在技术标准、产业链打造、关键技术等方面存在亟待解决的部分问题并提出相关研究思路,为创建我国新型建筑工业化的建筑通用体系与部品技术,发展装配式建筑,突破传统生产建设模式、促进建筑产业技术升级换代提供参考。

Analysis of the Develpoment and the Problems to Be Solved of Pre-fabricated Concrete Building

The pre-fabricated building is an achievement of the revolution of construction mode.Improving the development of the pre-fabricated building is an important measure of the structural reform of supply side that promoted by the Party and the State Council.The paper introduces the development and the application of the pre-fabricated building at home and abroad, analyzes the characteristics as well as the advantages of the pre-fabricated concrete building, and puts forward the problems to be solved and relevant research ideas about the technical standards, industry chain and key technologies of the pre-fabricated concrete building, in order to offer a reference for establishing the general system and the product technology of China's new industrialization of architecture, promoting the development of the pre-fabricated building, breaking the traditional production mode of construction and improving the technical upgrading of the of construction industry.
