| 摘 要： | 现代社会、经济的迅速发展,使土地利用现状处于频繁的变更之中,及时掌握变更信息,可为土地利用总体规划和国土资源宏观决策提供依据。本文根据土地利用变更调查的特点,引入了GPS-RTK技术、嵌入式GIS技术和无线网络通信等现代信息技术,以PDA为平台,设计开发土地利用变更调查数据采集系统,实现了土地调查外业数据的自动采集、处理、存储与转换。

| Abstract: | With social and economic rapid developments,the actual situation of land use is frequently changed.To ascertain information of land changes serves as a basis for overall planning of land use and macroscopic decision making on land resources.According to the characteristics of land use changing investigation,the system integrated GPS-RTK technology,embedded GIS technology,wireless networks and other modern information technolgy.The paper designed and studied a data collection system in land use changing investigation based on PDA,for the purpose of automatic data collection,processing,storage and conversion. |
