| 摘 要： | 市民社会是市场经济的必然产物,是现代民主政治发展的基础和重要社会条件。市民社会与市场经济、民主政治的良性互动关系揭示:现阶段我们可以从发展市场经济、转变政府职能、培育社会组织、法治化管理四个方面来探究我国市民社会建构的运作方式。
