羽绒服最佳填充量的回归分析

摘    要:羽绒服的隔热保暖性与充绒量有关,但保暖性并不是随着羽绒填充量的增加而增加,当达到一个饱和值即最佳填充量后保暖性开始下降.文中介绍了衡量保暖性的有关指标,然后对实验数据进行处理,利用单因素方差分析了充绒量对传热系数的显著性,用抛物线回归分析了羽绒填充量与传热系数、克罗值、散热量和保温率的关系,并得出了拟合曲线,根据曲线分析得出30 cm×30 cm羽绒垫的最佳填充量为9.47 g.

Abstract:The thermal insulation property of down jacket is determined by the filling density of down material.But the insulation performance of down jacket is not always enhanced with the increase of down filling.When the down filling density reaches a critical value, the insulation performance of the jacket declines with the increase of down filling density.The down filling density corresponding to the turning point of jacket insulation performance was defined as the optimal value.The effect of down filling density...
