早期健康教育和功能锻炼对髋关节置换术后患者DVT影响的Meta分析

目的系统评价早期健康教育和功能锻炼对髋关节置换术后患者DVT的影响。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、WebofScience、中国知网和中国生物医学等数据库,收集关于早期健康教育和功能锻炼对髋关节置换术后患者DVT的影响的随机对照试验。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料,进行纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入14项随机对照试验研究,观察组患者DVT发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组Harris评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期健康教育和功能锻炼能够降低髋关节置换术后患者DVT的发生率,并且还能提高术后髋关节Harris的评分,但是受纳入研究数量、质量的限制,本研究的结论仍需更多高质量、大样本多中心的研究来证实。

Meta-analysis of the infl uence of early health education and functional exercise on DVT after undergoing hip replacement

Objective To systematically review the eff ects of early health education and functional exercise on DVT after undergoing hip replacement.Methods Computer searched databases such as PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI and China Biomedicine,and collected randomized controlled trials on the effects of early health education and functional exercise on DVT after undergoing hip replacement.Two investigators independently screened the literature,extracted data,and carried out the risk of bias in the included studies,and then used RevMan 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results Finally,14 randomized controlled trials were included,the incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early health education and functional exercise can reduce the incidence of DVT in patients after undergoing hip replacement,and can also improve the Harris score of the hip after operation.However,due to the limitation of the number and quality of the included studies,the conclusions of this study still need more High-quality,large-sample multi-center research to confi rm.
