基于无功资源价值的无功定价研究

摘    要:该文运用改进的无功等效补偿法对电力系统中无功源的资源价值问题进行了研究,提出采用平均值法将无功资源价值判断指标转化为无功资源价值因子,并将其引入最优潮流模型的目标函数中进行修正,建立了同时考虑无功资源价值和无功生产成本的无功实时定价模型,并结合Wald-Hale六节点系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:在考虑各无功源的无功资源价值后,系统从无功资源价值大的无功源采购了更多的无功,满足了系统要求,提高了系统电能传输的安全性和稳定性,也使整个系统的无功更具合理性。

Abstract:The method of ERPC(Equivalent reactive power compensation) is improved to measure the difference among reactive resources.An average method is proposed to define reactive value factors which are introduced to the OPF(Optimized power flow) model.The real-time pricing model of reactive power is presented which involves both reactive power cost and adjustment of reactive power value factors.The simulation result in the Wald-Hale 6-bus system shows this model makes the system get more reactive power from genera...
