试析主办银行制度对国有企业改革的作用

从研究国外一些企业的发展壮大，尤其是日本战后经济的发展，不难发现，企业的规模经济的形成与银行有着密切的关系。在我国市场经济的体制下，银行与企业的关系的确立一直是人们比较头痛的问题。如何解决这一问题，１９９６年我国开始试点主办银行制度，要健全企业与银行的关系。但是目前日本金融危机的爆发，主办银行制度还能在中国实施吗？笔者认为我国目前仍然可以实施主办银行制度，通过银行带动大型企业和企业集团的发展

Discussion on the Roles of Lead Bank System to the Reform of State-owned Enterprices

By making a study of the growth of some foreign enterprises, especially that of postwar Japanese economy, it is not difficult to find that the formation of enterprises' economies of scales is closely related to the banks. Under the market economy, establishment of the relation between banks and enterprises has become a rather difficult problem. How to solve it? In 1996, our courtry began trying the lead bank system to improve the relation. However, with the coming of the present Japanese financial crises is it possible for China to put lead bank system into practice? The author thinks that lead bank system can be carried out in China to promote the growth of large enterprises and business consortiums through the banks.
