摘    要:为了更好地帮助配电自动化系统规划设计,依据对供电可靠性要求的不同将供电区域划分为六类。从配电自动化主站、终端、通信和继电保护几个方面对配电自动化实现技术进行了梳理和归类。提出了依据城市规模选择配电自动化主站类别、依据区域类别配置配电终端、通信和继电保护的配电自动化系统差异化设计原则。结合全国城市供电可靠性统计数据,对各类区域的差异化规划原则的可行性与合理性进行了分析和论证。给出了一个具有590条馈线的中型城市配电自动化系统的规划实例,对所提出方法的应用进行了详细的说明。

Abstract:To help the planning and design of distribution automation systems (DAS), the service area is classified into six types. The technologies of distribution automation, such as, the host systems, the terminal units, communication systems and relay protections are discussed and cataloged. It is suggested to determine the mode of the host systems according to the scale of the city. The specific planning principle of implementing the terminal units, communication system and relay protection in accordance with the type of the area is proposed. Based on the static data of service reliability for rural customers in China, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed specific planning principle is analyzed. A middle scale city with 590 feeders is given as the example of planning to demonstrate the proposed method in detail.
