乙肝病毒标志物动态变化与肝功能损伤的相关性研究

目的]本研究中,采用多种乙肝病毒标志物联合动态变化,来探讨其和肝功能损伤之间的相关关系,期望找到一种相对有效的监控方法和指标,以供临床实践使用。方法]采用某院乙型肝炎入院患者作为实验研究组,健康志愿者作为健康对照组。监测不同时期所有人群的各种肝功能指标分子以及乙肝病毒标志物分子,并对这些结果进行多因素方差分析。结果]在全程乙型肝炎中,CRP蛋白和HBV-DNA的关系呈正相关,而在乙型肝炎急性发病期,多种肝功能损伤标志分子均和不同的乙肝病毒标志物呈一定的相关关系。患者血清的体外细胞学试验结果表明,当血清中CRP呈高水平时,血清对细胞系的损伤也更大。结论]CRP蛋白可以单独作为一种潜在的预测肝功能的分子靶标,和乙型肝炎的病程联系起来,这可能是由于病毒的复制激活了血液补体免疫系统,从而损害了肝脏细胞。

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS MARKERS AND QUANTITIES OF HEPATIC INJURY

Objective]To investigate the relationship between the quantities of the hepatitis B virus markers and hepatic injury,we would choose the better monitor indicator for the clinical usage.Methods]To choose hepatitis B virus sufferer’s serum on admission.We detected the hepatitis B virus markers.At the same time,the liver hurt signs(ALT,AST,ALB,TBIL,CRP)were monitored and the correlation was analyzed.Besides that,we also carried out the cell lines examinations to confirm observation results.Results]In whole,there had not significant correlation between liver hurts of hepatitis B virus sufferer’s and the quantities of hepatitis B virus markers,except for serum CRP level.Besides that,we also found during the active stage of hepatitis B,both CRP and some other hepatic markers together had a certain positive correlation with HBsAg,HbeAgs and the HBV-DNA.MTT and flow cytometry found the high-serum CRP wound make more damage to cell lines.Conclusion]There has a certain correlation between the liver hurt signs CRP and the hepatitis B virus markers.The high-CRP serum may through complex immune factors in serum to damage cell.Combing these monitor signs can provide the dependable data in clinic for hepatitis injury.
