月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺羧酸盐的合成及性能

摘    要:为进行脂肪酸烷醇酰胺类表面活性剂研究,以月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺( LMIPA)为原料,通过羧甲基化法合成新型阴离子表面活性剂月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺羧酸盐( LMIPA-EC ),对其合成条件进行探索,并测试其性能。结果表明:以80%氯乙酸溶液,固体NaOH的方式加料,配料比nLMIPA∶nClCH2COOH∶nNaOH =1∶1.5∶2.0,反应时间为3.5 h,反应温度为70℃左右较佳,在该实验条件下获得了81%的收率,经提纯后月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺羧酸盐的纯度可达92%;通过红外光谱对其结构进行了定性分析;同时测定了月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺羧酸盐的性能,测定结果表明:LMIPA-EC为性能比较优良的阴离子表面活性剂。

Abstract:A new surfactant LMIPA-EC was synthesized by carboxymethylation reaction , with LMIPA as the ma-terial.The synthetic conditions of LMIPA -EC were explored and its properties were tested .The results showed that the suitable synthetic conditions are as follows: feeding form is to dropwise 80% of ClCH2 COOH solution and input sold NaOH, material ratio is nLMIPA∶nClCH2COOH∶nNaOH =1∶1.5∶2.0, reaction time is 3.5 hours, and the reaction temperature is 70℃.Under the conditions , yield of LMIPA-EC is 81%and the purity can reach 92%after purification .The product was analyzed by IR and properties of LMIPA -EC were determined .The results indicated that LMIPA-EC is a better anion surfactant .
