| 摘 要： | 论述了齿轮的渐开线齿形铣削原理,推导出指形齿轮铣刀齿形计算步骤,开发基于VB程序的指形齿轮铣刀齿形计算程序,使用该程序能迅速精确地运算出各种渐开线指形铣刀齿形数据,使计算过程由繁变简,提高了齿轮刀具的设计精度和效率。

| Abstract: | The milling principle of involute gear tooth profile is discussed. The tooth profile calculation steps of finger gear milling cutter is deduced. Calculation program of finger gear milling cutter tooth profile is developed based on VB program.The program can be used to obtain accurate tooth profile data of the various involute finger milling cutter rapidly. The calculation process is simplified. The design precision and efficiency of gear cutting tools are improved. |
