虚拟维修中的人机工程仿真

摘    要:为了在产品开发早期就开展人机工程检验,提高维修时的舒适性、高效性及安全性,文中在分析维修过程中的主要人机要素的基础上,提出采用数字人体模型在虚拟维修中进行人机分析的方法。最后以一款数控车床的虚拟维修仿真为例,在Creo中展示维修该机床的刀架及电气箱的可达性、维修刀架时的可视性、维修尾架时的安全性和维修主轴时的舒适性,达到在虚拟设计阶段即开展人机仿真的目的。

Abstract:In order to carry out ergonomics test in the early stage of new product development and improve the comfort,efficiency and safety during the maintenance,the main points of the ergonomics during virtual maintenance are summed up.The new ergonomics analysis method that takes digital human modeling as assist tool in virtual maintenance is presented.Taking virtual maintenance of simulation numerical control lathe as an example,the reachability of machine tool rest and the electrical box,the visibility of machine tool rest,the safety of tailstock, the comfort of principal axis during maintenance,are demonstrated in CREO. The target of apply ergonomics simulation method in virtual design stage is achieved.
