| 摘 要： | 建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定矿石中锌含量的不确定度分析方法。在分析了不确定度的重要来源基础上,对各种不确定度分量进行计算,并计算出合成不确定度及扩展不确定度,以评定测量结果的可信度。

| Abstract: | The paper establishes the analytical method of uncertainty of zinc content in ore by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.It makes a quantizing calculation for the variable component of different uncertainty,and finishess up with the synthetic criteria uncertainty and the expanding uncertainty for evaluating the reliability of detection results. |
